Cancellation
Life happens. If you decide, for whatever reason, to cancel the appointment you have made, please give me as much advance notice as possible. Canceling at the last minute (5 days prior and under) after everything has been arranged is distasteful. Any cancellations will not receive a refund but rather credit toward another reservation (up to 3 months from cancellation). A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made less than five days before our scheduled date (applied to a future booking up to 3 months from cancellation).
Three days before our scheduled date, cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (can be applied to a future booking up to 3 months from cancellation). Deposits are not refundable. No Call No Shows will be blocked, blacklisted and there will be no second chances to rebook.
Fresh Air
Dates three hours and up must include an activity outside of the room. If you're Bruce Wayne or the like and simply must keep your identity a mystery from outsiders, room service will suffice or +500 if fresh air is out of the question and you can't be seen outside.
